As a Gallup-Certified CliftonStrengths coach, I’ve seen firsthand the transformation that happens when individuals and teams understand their strengths – and how to use them effectively.
I first discovered Strengths nearly fifteen years ago, and since then, I’ve been aligning my work to focus on what I do best – creating engaging workshops, building life-changing cohort experiences, and having powerful coaching conversations that get clients and mission-driven companies transformational results.
With deep experience in creating leadership development programs for social impact practitioners and formal training in Co-Active Coaching and CliftonStrengths, I bring both practical and academic experience to serve mission-driven clients and organizations.
I serve as a buoy for what’s possible to help clients and organizations do work that matters.
