Next-Level Leadership:

Initial engagement of 4 months, with option to renew/adjust at the end of the initial period 

  • 90 minute kick-off deep dive session to gather a more thorough baseline, discuss top challenges, review Gallup Clifton Strengths 34 Assessment results, and set initial coaching goals

  • 5 additional sessions (60 minutes each), scheduled at your convenience (typically biweekly, according to your schedule),  with option to record / receive an AI - generated summary 

  • Option to record / receive an AI - generated summary 

  • Customized prep activities to maximize our time together and help you stay focused on what’s going to move the needle on your priorities

  • Follow up notes with a brief summary of our conversation, any recommendations/suggestions we discussed, activities to deepen clarity, reflection questions, and resources for further information

  • Initial diagnostic Gallup CliftonStrengths 34 Assessment and interpretation to give insight into your leadership approach and develop a plan for strengthening your leadership skills. 

  • Access to the recordings and workbooks for the social impact career workshops and courses I’ve developed, including:

    • “Beat Imposter Syndrome: Strategies for Career Confidence” course

    • “Finding Flow When there’s Too Much to Do: Navigating Procrastination for Change Agents”

    • “Resilience for Social Impact Leaders”

By the end of our work together, you’ll have the frameworks for navigating ambiguity, tools for the specific challenges you face in social impact work, and clarity on how you lead most effectively.
