Initial engagement of 6 months, with option to renew/adjust at the end of the initial period
90 minute kick-off deep dive session to gather a more thorough baseline, discuss top challenges, review Gallup Clifton Strengths 34 Assessment results, and set initial coaching goals
11 additional sessions (60 minutes each), scheduled at your convenience (typically biweekly, according to your schedule), with option to record / receive an AI - generated summary

Customized prep activities to maximize our time together and help you stay focused on what’s going to move the needle on your priorities
Follow up notes with a brief summary of our conversation, any recommendations/suggestions we discussed, activities to deepen clarity, reflection questions, and resources for further information
A detailed interpretation of your Gallup CliftonStrengths 34 Assessment results (option to re-take the assessment if you’d prefer!) to give insight into your leadership approach and develop a plan for strengthening your leadership skills.
Voxer support – between sessions, you’ll have access to the free voice messaging app Voxer to exchange voice messages for as-needed coaching and support to help you stay on track with your goals at a pace that fits your schedule. Voxer allows you to send and receive voice messages up to 15-minutes long. I will respond Monday through Friday, with a 24 hour turnaround time (typically much less)
