Next-Level Leadership

  • Initial engagement of 6 months, with option to renew/adjust at the end of the initial period 

    • 90 minute kick-off deep dive session to gather a more thorough baseline, discuss top challenges, review Gallup Clifton Strengths 34 Assessment results, and set initial coaching goals

    • 7 additional sessions (60 minutes each), scheduled at your convenience (typically biweekly, according to your schedule),  with option to record / receive an AI - generated summary 

    • Option to record / receive an AI - generated summary 

    • Customized prep activities to maximize our time together 

    • Follow up notes with a brief summary of our conversation, any recommendations/suggestions we discussed, activities to deepen clarity, reflection questions, and resources for further information

    • In-depth personalized interpretation of your Gallup CliftonStrengths 34 Assessment results to give insight into your leadership approach and develop a plan for strengthening your leadership skills. (If you don’t currently have access to your complete report, we can unlock that for you)

    • Access to the recordings and workbooks for the social impact career workshops and courses I’ve developed, including:

      • Managing for Impact, a 4-part workshop for first time social impact managers, co-facilitated by Second Day

      • “Beat Imposter Syndrome: Strategies for Career Confidence” course

      • “Leveraging LinkedIn for your Social Impact Job Search” webinar

      • “I got a new job! Now what?: Making the most of the first 90 days in your impact job” webinar

      • “Finding Flow When there’s Too Much to Do: Navigating Procrastination for Change Agents”

    • Introductions to people in my network (where appropriate and with their consent)

    • Returning client discounts for continued coaching, group programs (including the Impact Leaders Incubator), retreats, and other events 

    • Focused support from a coach who is genuinely invested in your success. I know how much your life can change when you’re happy at work. I love my job and I want you to love yours too. 

    After the initial 6-month engagement, you’ll have the option to continue with an ongoing engagement – typically scheduled as biweekly or monthly sessions in 3-month engagements to enable you to continue to make progress on your goals.
