Next-Level Leadership

• Initial engagement of 3 months, with option to renew/adjust at the end of the initial period 

  • 6 sessions (60 minutes each), scheduled at your convenience (typically every 3-5 weeks, according to your schedule),  with option to record / receive an AI - generated summary 

    • We’ll begin with a structured baseline session, where we’ll dive into your top challenges, identify strengths, assets, and barriers, and set initial coaching goals

    • Then we’ll continue with a regular cadence of sessions where we’ll check in on progress on your goals, discuss what’s working and not working, and identify the tools, strategies, and resources that will turbocharge your progress.

  • Option to record / receive an AI - generated summary 

  • Customized prep activities to maximize our time together 

  • Follow up notes with a brief summary of our conversation, any recommendations/suggestions we discussed, activities to deepen clarity, reflection questions, and resources for further information

  • Initial diagnostic Gallup CliftonStrengths 34 Assessment and interpretation to give insight into your leadership approach and develop a plan for strengthening your leadership skills. 

  • Access to the recordings and workbooks for the social impact career workshops and courses I’ve developed, including:
