Entrepreneurship coaching and support:
Initial engagement over 4 months, with option to renew/adjust at the end of the initial period
75 minute guided deep dive session to explore your strengths and how they can apply to your work as an entrepreneur, identify your top challenges, understand your previous successes, and get clear on your coaching priorities.
Customized kick-off reflection questionnaire to maximize our time together
After our kick-off, we’ll have 4 additional sessions (60 minutes each), scheduled at your convenience (typically biweekly, according to your schedule)
Option to receive a recording + AI - generated summary
Customized prep activities to maximize our time together
Follow up notes with a brief summary of our conversation, any recommendations/suggestions we discussed, activities to deepen clarity, reflection questions, and resources for further information
Initial diagnostic Gallup CliftonStrengths 34 Assessment and interpretation to give insight into your leadership approach and develop a plan for strengthening your leadership and entrepreneurial skills.

After the initial 4-month engagement, you’ll have the option to continue with an ongoing engagement – typically scheduled as biweekly or monthly sessions in 3-month engagements to enable you to continue to make progress on your goals.
