Finding Flow When There’s Too Much to Do:
Overcoming Procrastination for Change Agents
Free Workshop
Procrastination affects everyone – whether it’s that menial task you’ve been putting off, or a needle-moving project you just don’t know how to start, it can be challenging to figure out how to get ahead when there’s too much to do.
Many changemakers are navigating a never-ending stream of work with fewer resources and little support. The solution is not another productivity hack or system to do more work in less time. Instead, the key is to understand where procrastination comes from and then leverage targeted strategies to move forward, depending on the root causes at play for you.
Session goals:
Get clear on the root causes of procrastination
Define what better looks like
Learn how to leverage targeted strategies to mitigate the impact of procrastination on your work and happiness
Develop a plan for improving your relationship with procrastination over the long term
