Accompaniment Coaching – 6 Month Engagement (MJ)
Accompaniment Coaching (6 sessions):
Initial engagement of 6 months, with option to renew/adjust at the end of the initial period
6 sessions (60 minutes each), scheduled at your convenience (typically every 2-4 weeks)
We’ll begin with a structured baseline session, where we’ll dive into your top challenges, identify strengths, assets, and barriers, and set initial coaching goals
From there, we will continue to meet regularly where we will have space for you to reflect on emerging work issues and situations, check in on progress on your goals, discuss what’s working and not working, and identify the tools, strategies, and resources that will help you keep moving forward.
Option to record / receive an AI - generated summary
Customized prep activities to maximize our time together and help you stay focused on what’s going to move the needle on your priorities
Follow up notes with a brief summary of our conversation, any recommendations/suggestions we discussed, activities to deepen clarity, reflection questions, and resources for further information
If desired, Gallup CliftonStrengths 34 assessment and detailed interpretation of your Gallup CliftonStrengths results to give you clarity on your strengths and how they can inform your work. This is the extended version of the assessment, designed to give leaders a more detailed understanding of their strengths. You have the option of using your previous results or retaking the assessment. If you don’t want to revisit Strengths, that’s fine too!
Access to the recordings and workbooks for the social impact career workshops and courses I’ve developed, including:
“Beat Imposter Syndrome: Strategies for Career Confidence” course
“Finding Flow When there’s Too Much to Do: Navigating Procrastination for Change Agents”
“Resilience for Social Impact Leaders”
“When Up Isn’t the Answer: Growth for Social Impact Leaders”
Bold Without Burnout: For Strategic, Sustainable, and Satisfying Social Impact Careers
Introductions to people in my network (where appropriate and with their consent)
Returning client discounts for continued coaching, group programs (including the Impact Leaders Incubator), retreats, and other events
