Strengths-based accompaniment and career coaching –NK
Strengths-based accompaniment and career coaching (9 sessions)
9 sessions (60 minutes each), scheduled at your convenience (typically every 2-4 weeks)
We’ll begin with a structured baseline session, where we’ll dive into your top challenges, identify strengths, assets, and barriers, and set initial coaching goals
From there, we will continue to meet regularly where we will have space for you to reflect on emerging work issues and situations, check in on progress on your goals, discuss what’s working and not working, and identify the tools, strategies, and resources that will help you keep moving forward.
Our initial sessions will focus on a Strengths-based approach to navigating burnout, and then when you’re ready, we can bring in career discernment work to help you explore what’s next for your career
Option to record / receive an AI - generated summary
Customized prep activities to maximize our time together and help you stay focused on what’s going to move the needle on your priorities
Follow up notes with a brief summary of our conversation, any recommendations/suggestions we discussed, activities to deepen clarity, reflection questions, and resources for further information
Gallup CliftonStrengths 34 assessment and detailed interpretation of your Gallup CliftonStrengths results to give you clarity on your strengths and how they can inform your work. This is the extended version of the assessment, designed to give leaders a more detailed understanding of their strengths. If you’ve taken it before, you have the option of using your previous results or retaking the assessment.
