Personalized Career Check-in Support

A regular tune-up for your career. This quarterly check-in program is designed to make sure you carve out the space to check-in on your career regularly, troubleshoot issues, and think about what’s next (even if you’re not ready to leave yet).

  • Four 75-minute sessions, scheduled throughout the year, typically one between Jan 1 and March 31, one between April 1 and June 30, one between July 1 and Sept. 30, and one between October 1 and dec. 31.

  • Plus up to three additional 30-minute check-ins for added support in between our quarterly check-ins.

  • Option to record / receive an AI - generated summary 

  • Customized prep activities to help make the most of our sessions

  • Follow up notes with a brief summary of our conversation, any recommendations/suggestions we discussed, activities to deepen clarity, reflection questions, and resources for further information

  • Access to the career workshops and courses I’ve developed, including:

    • “Beat Imposter Syndrome: Strategies for Career Confidence” course and workbook

    • “Leveraging LinkedIn for your Social Impact Job Search” webinar and workbook (you’ll also receive a comp ticket to the live session I’m hosting on this in February)

    • “I got a new job! Now what?: Making the most of the first 90 days in your impact job” webinar and workbook

    • “Finding Flow When there’s Too Much to Do: Navigating Procrastination for Change Agents” webinar and workbook
