QUESTIONS

  • No – this program is designed to help you find your next – or first– impact job. The key is that you’re someone who wants your career to be mission-driven. We’ll cover strategies to find roles at nonprofit and for-profits!

  • Like any professional development opportunity, you’ll get out of this experience what you put into it.

This program is eight weeks long. Six of our sessions are group sessions, held on Tuesdays from 12 to 1 ET (11 AM CST/9 AM PST/5 PM GMT/6 PM CET). The program runs from May 7 through June 25, 2024.

There will be two private coaching sessions you’ll schedule at a time that works best for you. All coaching sessions should take place by July 15, 2024.

Expect to spend about two hours per week to complete the worksheets and activities to prep for our sessions.

  • Yes! There are two payment options available:

Pay in full: A single payment of $795 (includes pay-in-full discount)

Payment Plan: Three payments of $300. You’ll submit the first payment at registration and will be automatically charged for the two remaining payments on June 1 and June 25 for a total of $900. If you choose a payment plan, you are responsible for all payments.

Due to the nature of the program and access participants receive to proprietary impact job search materials, there are no refunds available. Please make sure you review the information on this page thoroughly before purchase and/or reach out with questions.

  • You’ll be able to keep the PDF toolkits and resource guides forever. You’ll have access to program recordings and the Career Confidence course for 60 days after the program ends. This is to encourage participants to take action on what we’ve learned and not let this course fester in your inbox (we’ve all been there!). Of course, if you need more time, we’re happy to help out, but remember – clarity comes through action, not through over-thinking!

  • This is a cohort-based program, meaning that participants will benefit from the collective wisdom, experience, and networks of the group. You will have two private one-hour sessions with coach and facilitator Caroline Ouwerkerk. If you need additional 1:1 support, you may want to consider private coaching for a completely customized program.

  • Our live workshops take place on Tuesdays, from 12 to 1 PM, EST (11 AM CST/9 AM PST/5 PM GMT/6 PM CET). Each session will be recorded and you’ll have access for 60 days after the program ends.

It is totally possible to participate in this program and not attend any of the sessions live. This is a great option if you are currently working and have limited flexibility during the workday. All coaching sessions are scheduled between 8 AM and 5 PM ET, but we are happy to get creative to find a time that works for you!
