Leadership Coaching

Strengths driven. Impact focused.

Transformational coaching for mission-driven leaders.

Step into your leadership, troubleshoot obstacles, navigate blocks, and celebrate your successes.

Our work together is rooted in the Four-Dimensional Model of Social Impact Leadership and the Gallup CliftonStrengths Assessment. After an initial assessment using these tools, we will co-create the plan for our work together, focused on deepening your practice as a social impact leader, strengthening your management skills, and growing your confidence.

“Working with Caroline is like getting that final burst of energy to get you across the finish line. Her ability to help unravel what feels like a complex issue into manageable pieces and parts to focus on has helped me to develop tactics and opportunities to push through the obstacles I'm facing.”

– Lacey Gaitan, previous client

WHEN DO PEOPLE WORK WITH ME?

Leadership coaching may be a good fit for you if you’re:

  • Navigating a high-stress, fast-paced, and/or high-visibility role in social impact, sustainability, or CSR

  • A first-time people-leader looking for support stepping up as a leader

  • Recently promoted (congrats!) and navigating the transition

  • Encountering a big change at work (layoffs, restructuring, or other shifts) and considering how you want to show up

  • Looking for space to think intentionally about your leadership style, thought leadership, and growth

Most leadership coaching clients are social impact leaders with 10-20 years of experience and who are navigating a promotion, restructuring, or other transition.

I’ve worked with mission-driven leaders in a variety of industries, including fashion, consulting, international education, healthtech, design, edtech, finance and ESG, nonprofits, and healthcare, and at organizations ranging from Fortune 10 companies to grassroots nonprofits.

WHAT’S INCLUDED:

Our coaching program is carefully designed to provide holistic support for impact leaders and includes:

  • We begin with twelve coaching sessions (60 minutes each) over 6 months, scheduled at your convenience (biweekly recommended).

  • Gallup CliftonStrengths 34 Assessment and detailed interpretation to give you clarity on your strengths and how they can inform your leadership approach

  • Customized prep activities, worksheets, and reflection questions to maximize our time between sessions

  • Follow up notes with a brief summary of our conversation, any recommendations/suggestions we discussed, and resources for further information

  • Access to online course, “Beat Imposter Syndrome: Strategies for Career Confidence”

  • Six months of access to the Reconsidered Change Hub, a resource hub and community for social impact practitioners with tools, templates, and trainings

Investment: $4997. A monthly payment plan is also available.

Tip: Many clients use professional development funding to pay for private coaching. Consider asking if this is an option for you. I’m happy to invoice a third party and/or split invoices in different ways to make coaching accessible. We can also work together to design a customized plan to maximize a professional development budget you have.

But enough of the formal bio – what’s it like to actually work together?

Clarifying, fresh, and, hopefully, fun. I am deeply curious, love puns, have an endless stream of resources and suggestions on nearly any topic, and like to balance thinking big with actually taking action. Here’s what my clients have to say about working with me.

Let’s get started.

  • Book a free intro session at a time that’s convenient for you.

  • We’ll meet for 20-30 minutes. We’ll talk about your work and goals, and you’ll be able to ask me any questions you may have about working together. This is a no-pressure conversation – I’m not into “hard sales” or pressuring folks. I want both of us to have a delightful experience.

  • If we’re a good match, I’ll send over an agreement outlining our work together, then we’ll get started with scheduling our first session. I’ll also send over some prep activities to make the most of our time together and onboard you with the rest of the resources I’ve gathered to support you.

  • We’ll kick off our work together!
