Back by popular demand! Join us for OUR FALL SERIES!

Level-up your management skills

Workshops you’ll want to attend

Whether you’re a first-time manager or a lifelong learner looking to deepen your expertise, this workshop series is a great way to level-up your skills and build community with fellow social impact professionals.

In this four-part series, we’ll tackle crucial management challenges with tools and frameworks you can implement immediately.

WHO SHOULD ATTEND:

This series is especially well-suited to new(er) managers and others getting ready to become people-leaders. We will offer resources on the foundational skills you need to feel confident and supported in your new leadership role, setting up both you and your direct report for long-term success.

What to expect:

This is a four-part series. Although each session can be taken individually, we encourage you to register for the entire series to deepen your practice (and confidence!).

Access all four workshops for $197, or drop-in on individual sessions for $57.

Expect a highly interactive experience, with capacity limited to 30 people per session. In each workshop, we’ll share several key frameworks and tools to use in your work, then spend the bulk of our time in interactive activities and collaborative discussion designed to help you implement what you learn immediately.

By the end of the series, you’ll:

  • Have mastered (and implemented!) strategic management tools and frameworks

  • Have reflected on your leadership style and approach

  • Have expanded your professional network of leaders in the social impact space

  • Have insight into what makes a meaningful and successful internship or project-bound experience
